Contentious Probate Solicitor Are you a dedicated Contentious Probate Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE, seeking to continue specialising within a truly expert national team? You will be joining a national team of Contentious Probate specialists, handling a full caseload of disputed wills, inheritance claims, and trust litigation matters. With a constant flow of high-quality instructions, the role demands a solicitor who can operate with minimal supervision and add immediate value to the team. This is not a role for someone lightly exposed to Contentious Probate, it is essential that you have been fully immersed in this area of law for at least 3 years and can demonstrate a strong track record of independent case handling.
