Senior Video Editor (NSFW Content – Adult Industry) Remote | London | Europe | Full-time | B2B Contract One of the world’s fastest-growing AI startups is looking for a Senior Video Editor to join its fully remote team. With 30mn+ users already and a second product aimed at revolutionising the creator economy, they’re scaling fast and looking for exceptional creative talent to help drive user acquisition through high-performing video content. This role sits at the intersection of video editing, performance marketing, and adult/NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. You’ll be responsible for crafting emotionally resonant, conversion-optimised videos designed to engage audiences across social platforms and NSFW networks. Note: This role involves working with uncensored, explicit content. Please apply only if you’re fully comfortable operating in the adult/NSFW space. You will: Create compelling, high-converting video ads for a mix of digital and adult platforms Lead editing and post-production with a strong focus on pacing, storytelling, and performance metrics Collaborate with performance marketers and creatives to develop data-backed concepts and storyboards Integrate AI tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) into your workflow to boost output and quality Optimise content for multiple formats, ratios, and platform requirements Monitor trends in short-form and adult content to ensure creative remains relevant, bold, and effective Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and advertising policies while pushing creative limits You have: Hard Skills: 4+ years of experience editing performance marketing videos — ideally including NSFW/adult content Strong eye for narrative structure, pacing, and motion/sound design Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro MUST HAVE hands-on experience with AI creative tools like Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, etc. Solid understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPM, CR) Comfortable working with explicit/NSFW visual content in a professional, ethical context Soft Skills: Fluent English and excellent communication Self-starter with strong ownership and a fast, iterative work style Team player who’s collaborative but confident working independently Adaptable, curious, and open to feedback High attention to detail and performance-driven creativity Nice to Have: Experience in the adult, dating, or igaming sectors Knowledge of compliance across different ad networks and platforms What’s on Offer: 100% remote team working across multiple time zones Fast-paced environment with huge creative freedom and a strong test-and-learn culture Clear runway for career growth in one of the most talked-about categories in AI and digital content 4 weeks paid time off Annual team offsite Wellbeing budget Company laptop Access to top-tier AI tools (e.g. GPT-4, Mistral, Hugging Face Pro) Interested?
