  • Focussed on the strategic utilisation of land and assets
  • Covering all aspects of Landlord and Tenant work, leasing and general estates management, as well as disposals, including development agreements
  • Drive revenue generation in the commercial investment portfolio as well as enabling social value to be delivered from community assets, and ensuring assets are safe and properly utilised.
  • Working across a range of stakeholders both internal services, the voluntary community sector, as well as business tenants.


Qualifications/Experience

  • MRICS qualified
  • Report writing skills and presenting to senior management and cabinet members
  • Registered Valuer would be beneficial
