We have an exciting new opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support deployments and be responsible for reviewing, providing feedback on and performing manual steps involved
  • Ideally have experience using automated deployment tooling with Salesforce such as Copado
  • Fully understand change management processes and work with Release Management teams to execute these
  • Help other teams understand how these processes work and how to get change delivered on the platform
  • Help drive continual improvement in these processes through constructive feedback to the Platform Owner as relevant

Operational Platform Health

  • Undertake proactive and reactive platform operational activities to ensure the platform is meeting non-functional requirements (performance, availability, security etc)
  • Support incident triage, response and resolution, working with engineering teams as relevant
  • Regularly run Salesforce Optimiser and Health Check, assess results and take action as appropriate with other team members
  • Create, maintain and communicate operational reporting including dashboards
  • Help drive continual improvement in these processes through constructive feedback to the Platform Owner as relevant

Lifecycle Management

  • Create and maintain documentation in Confluence about platform processes and work instructions
  • Support non-production environment management activities
  • Manage sandboxes, including new requests and use of existing
  • Support the Platform Owner with regular governance and reporting (eg user audits, compliance requests, service reporting)

User Administration

  • Manage Persona Documentation
  • Process user access requests with appropriate permissions
  • Understand business areas that use Salesforce and the access they have
  • Have a good understanding of the sensitive data sets on the platform and maintain vigilance around the maintenance of role-based data segregation

Key Skills/Experience

  • Strong background in Salesforce Administration
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services, and particularly Health Insurance, is a plus. Failing that, experience in a regulated environment will be viewed positively.
