The team works Sector-agnostically, facilitating CFO appointments across the FTSE10,50,100 & 250 and Privately Owned/Invested organisations as they look to make arguably the most important C-suite hire in their growth journey. The Current Senior Associates are executing typically on c15-20 Searches a year each Some highlights on the Practice: A nice blend on Partners, Principals & Senior Associates Multiple Fee Earners Originating £2mn+ Avg Fee £110,000- Peak YTD of £500k The highest performing practice across the firm In this role you will: Execute on the work won by the Fee Earners in the team Compile Short/Long Lists, Scorecards, Market Presentations Candidate analysis Regularly Update the clients on the Search & advise them on the process Handle Offer Management & aftercare This role is primed for someone currently within Executive Search, that feels they have the ambition and hunger to do more. You'll be regularly encouraged & rewarded for cross-selling other areas of the business into your clients. Progression wise , this role will start in a non-BD focus, with a 3-5 year pathway to becoming a Fee earner once you're truly embedded into the culture and have been mentored by some of the very best in their field. The Package: Title: Senior Associate- CFO Salary- £55k-£75k OTE: Performance Bonus, Referral Bonus & Execution Bonus Uncapped WFH: 2 days WFH Who are you ?
