Frazer Jones are delighted to be exclusively partnered with one of the UK's most successful boutique Private Banks, on the growth of their HR team in London. The role encompasses the full employee lifecycle from a Business Partnering perspective, with a need for a track-record in leading on change and transformation.


Reporting into the Head of HR and working alongside their CoE, this role will be an executive People Partner to their Technology client group of circa 100 people, alongside leading on change and transformation activities across the HR function.


The firm are an incredibly dynamic, high performing private bank with a wealth of success behind them. The ideal candidate must have experience partnering Technology client groups with a proven track-record across organisational design, change management and effectiveness.



Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a trusted partner to the Chief Technology Officer and senior management across Technology, responsible for coaching and leading through people measures.
  • Provide HR advice, challenge and guidance to Technology stakeholders throughout the full employment lifecycle inclusive of workforce planning and performance management.
  • Lead on the HR strategy across the business; translating it into practice for all employees.
  • Support and deliver on critical people change and transformation activities integrated within the bank’s strategy.
  • Provide guidance on ways to look at continuous improvement and organisational effectiveness.
  • Programme management responsibility for the people strategy.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior HR Professional with a track-record leading on change and transformation.
  • Expert knowledge and experience supporting Technology client groups specifically.
  • A strong understanding of UK employment law, business strategy and the ability to translate into a people strategy.
