Role DescriptionnAs a Retail PLM Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our retail customer implement a roadmap of solutions leveraging PLM and bespoke solutions in the areas of product design, development, sourcing, and sustainability. You will have access to cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the customer’s strategic goals.

ResponsibilitiesnDevelop a comprehensive understanding of existing processes and systems as a foundation for future solutions.nCollaborate with internal and external teams to shape the landscape and solutions that meet strategic objectives.nGather business requirements through interviews, workshops, documentation reviews, business analysis, and process evaluations.nChallenge business units on their assumptions to deliver solutions for their current and future needs.nEvaluate information from multiple sources to determine true business requirements, ensuring proposed solutions reconcile all business inputs.nCompile requirements into comprehensive documents using templates, diagrams, process flows, and scenarios.nValidate solutions to ensure they meet defined requirements, providing feedback on gaps and suggesting changes as needed.nCollaborate with team members across different work streams to ensure alignment and end-to-end process functionality.

Key Skills/Knowledge/ExperiencenMinimum of 3 years as a Retail PLM Business Analyst or Retail PLM Functional Consultant.nFunctional knowledge of FlexPLM or other retail PLM solutions.nExperience with retail product development and product lifecycle management processes.nAdvantageous: Experience with sustainability processes in product development (e.g., Digital Passport, Higgs Index).nExperience working in an agile environment and methodologies.nStrong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and translate

them into application requirements.nAbility to work alongside business SMEs, business and IT stakeholders, and vendors.
