Primary Job Purposenexecute contracts fully to schedule, cost and qualityninterface-to and manage external Customers, Subcontractors and Partners, and internal Business Functions (balancing the needs of the business and the needs of stakeholders)ntrusted and enduring relationships, building value for both the customer and Rokenfor and successfully mobilise contractsnprioritise and mitigate/manage risks & issues associated with bidding & deliverynwith confidence; knowing schedule, cost & quality factors are fully considerednaccurately against key performance measures/indicators (KPIs)nimprove delivery capability in parallel to bids & contractsnensure all projects within your portfolio are delivered as per contractual requirements, on time, to quality and cost. This will include the need to act in the capacity of a Project Manager on specific projects within the portfolio.
Key Responsibilitiesnand actively managing project teamsndeliver bids and contracts to target schedule, cost and quality levels; this means fully understanding the governing contract and delivering it on time and in full (OTIF)nprioritising and actively managing risks & issues associated with bids & live contracts; includes appropriate and timely escalationntimely and accurate forecast information and project reporting, managing both internal and external stakeholders expectations as appropriate
Education and QualificationsnProject Management qualifications (e.g. APM, PMI, Prince2)nAgile qualificationsndegree and/or experience required
Knowledge, Skills & ExperiencenManagers will be APM PMQ qualified or equivalent or working towards a qualificationnin either products and product development or research and consultancy.nin delivering IT delivery projects using agile principles and methodsnof Scrumnof the use of JIRA would be desirable
