Contract Details:

Job Description:

We are partnering with a globally renowned consultancy on a SuccessFactors project for a client based in Preston. We are seeking an additional SuccessFactors specialist with expertise in Performance and Goals Management (PMGM) to join the project team.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience : Extensive background in delivering SuccessFactors solutions for large, multi-national organisations.nCertifications : SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent management modules.nSkills :

Hands-on experience in delivering and integrating Performance and Goal Management with other SuccessFactors Suite components.nExcellent communication skills with the ability to challenge, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.

Flexibility : Willingness to travel and work onsite as required.

Additional Information:

Due to the nature of the organisation, successful candidates must be eligible for BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) screening.
