The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and proceedings. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. Responsibilities Running your own caseload from cradle to grave. Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings. Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks associated with their cases or transactions. Representing clients in negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes. Conducting legal research to stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations. Attending court proceedings, meetings, and consultations as required.
