My client is currently seeking a highly skilled EDS Engineer (Electrical Distribution Systems) to join their team in Staffordshire for an outside IR35 contract.
Essential Skills
Extensive experience in circuit design, load balancing, and fusing strategy within the automotive industry.
Proficiency in over-current protection and fusing design, with a strong understanding of electrical safety standards.
Expertise in wire size analysis, voltage drop analysis, and circuit diagnostic problem-solving.
Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools such as DVMs, oscilloscopes, current clamps, and CAN tools.
Practical knowledge of harness manufacture, modification, and repair techniques.
Familiarity with Circuit 8D problem-solving methodology for effective issue resolution
