Project Surveyor

Looking for a Project Surveyor to join a leading Property Services contractor based in South East London on a Permanent basis carrying out Planned Maintenance works
We are after an experienced Commercial professional who has knowledge and understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost management.
Responsibilities:
Control financial aspects of the contract including:
Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts On-boarding of sub-contractors/suppliers Ensuring value for money
Manage day to day cost control, monitoring and reporting Process. As well as sub-contractor requests for payment via application.
Attend project and company related meetings Ensure timely cash flow management
Maintain & develop professional relationships with clientsWhat we ask from you:
Degree or other technical qualification
Minimum of 5 year experience in a Commercial environment
Ideally have experience with a main contractor or a large Property Maintenance company If you would like to know more about this role please apply below
