The Opportunity
On behalf of our client and due to their expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Responsible Individual and Operations Manager to oversee two residential children's homes based in Derbyshire: one with 2 placements and another with 3 placements.
Job Summary
As the Responsible Individual and Operations Manager, you will hold a dual role encompassing leadership in regulatory compliance and operational management. You will be responsible for direct line management of senior staff ensuring the well-being, safety, and development of children and young people residing in the residential care settings, while also managing and developing the efficient operations of the services.
What we are looking for
If you are a dedicated and responsible individual with a genuine commitment to the well-being of children and young people and a proven track record in previous roles as a Registered Manager, Senior Manager, and within an Operations/Responsible Individual capacity, we invite you to join the team.
* Registered manager: 4 years (essential)
* Responsible individual: 2 years (essential)
* operations: 2 years (desirable)
