Key Responsibilities:nEffectively managing your portfolio of clients.nDeveloping strong relationships with new clients to close business deals.nObtaining outbound calls to generate new accounts.nUndertaking rotations around the business to ensure you understand all aspects of the process.nGaining real exposure to the warehouse and building a thorough understanding of the products.nConducting market research to ensure you are knowledgeable about competitors.nCreating, qualifying and managing the entire sales cycle.nObtaining enquiries from existing and potential customers.nNegotiating payment terms with existing and potential customers to try to improve the return on investment.nUsing the pool of non-allocated customers to win and develop business and eventually turn them into regular allocated customers.nIdentifying future tactics to secure or develop the business.
Required Skills:nProven track record in business developmentnAbility to cold call as well as account managementnGood IT skillsnExcellent communicationnDriven attitudenAbility to work to pressurised targets
