Aurora Samuels Associates is recruiting two Branch Managers to join this nationwide recruitment company in their Manchester and Blackburn offices.

You would be joining a company that has a strong reputation, believes in its core values and wants its teams to grow and progress.

To be considered for this role you will ideally either be a Branch/Business Manager within industrial or high volume temp recruitment, or an experienced senior consultant ready for the step up.

The main duties of this role:nOperating as a billing manager - leading from the front with sales activity and performancenCoach and train where required all staff membersnEnsure all payroll is done accurately and on timenEnsure the branch and all its workers are compliant and legal to worknTo work to company budgets and provide a profitable branchnTo ensure all marketing and literature that represents the company is accurate and professionalnTo attend sales and service visits with potential and current clients across your regionnTo represent the client in the manner expected of a BM at all times.
