Service Engineer
* Salary – Up to £37,000
* Location – Co. Durham
* Monday – Friday
* On-Call Rota – every other week sharing with another engineer
* Company Van + fuel allowance
An experienced Service Engineer is required to join one of the UKs fastest growing installation companies, specialising in Data, Fire and Security services.
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining security services, this can include CCTV, Fire Alarms and Intruder Alarms.
Requirements:
* Security installation and maintenance experience is essential
* Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems
* ECS/CSCS
* Valid driver's licence - travel and overnight stays is required for this role
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and test security systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security services, including fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, access control systems, and other related technologies.
* Provide technical support to customers over the phone, email or in-person
* Conduct site surveys to assess customer requirements and design solutions to meet their needs
