Permanent Maintenance Engineer
As part of the Pharma Services Business unit, you will provide engineering support to ensure efficient maintenance activities (both planned and unplanned) within our Facilities. Your focus will be on compliance with business and regulatory standards.
Job Specific Responsibilities
1. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with environmental, health, safety, and future regulatory requirements.
2. Assist in managing and completing Facilities PEMAC schedules.
3. Supervise and coordinate external contractors, issuing necessary permits.
4. Develop and modify site layout drawings for Facilities.
5. Support Pharma Services in completing planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
6. Assist Process Engineers with change control activities.
7. Coordinate weekly maintenance routines.
8. Manage Facilities maintenance documentation.
9. Assist in generating and managing validation documentation.
10. Some weekend supervisory work may be required to coordinate and complete maintenance tasks.
General Role Responsibilities:
- **Quality:** Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all work areas.
- **Health & Safety:** Understand and follow the company's Health & Safety Policy, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions.
- **Training and Development:** Ensure proper training before undertaking specific duties and maintain accurate training records.
