Our client is a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) specializing in renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and BESS. They are committed to driving the transition to a sustainable energy future by developing, financing, and operating renewable energy assets worldwide. Their team is composed of forward-thinking professionals dedicated to positively impacting the environment and society.
The Wayleaves and Easements personnel will be critical in ensuring the successful development, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects by securing the necessary land rights, wayleaves, and easements. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of land rights, and the ability to manage relationships with landowners, local authorities, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with the project development, legal, and engineering teams to ensure that all land-related agreements are secured in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The candidate would need to have previous experience with underground cable and overhead lines which is vital to the success of projects moving forward.
The closest office is in the capital, but our client is very flexible about where the candidate is located, and their office presence can be as and when.
