  • Meet agreed sales targets for new and/or used vehicles.
  • Execute the Group's robust enquiry handling and follow-up processes.
  • Cultivate rapport and lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, accessories, prices, and key features.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints to ensure resolution.
