Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Create and maintain project documents, including:
- Project Management Plans Risk & Opportunity Management Plans Quality Management Plans
- Risk & Opportunity: Oversee risk and opportunity registers, ensuring effective mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet required standards through robust Quality Management Plans.
- Best Practice: Introduce and implement industry best practices within the programme team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure documentation is accurate and aligns with project objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to current processes.
Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor’s in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Strong background in project management, especially in documentation within the Defence or Aerospace domain
- Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, risk management, and quality assurance. Must have Primavera 6 experience (P6). Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Leadership: Ability to lead a team and drive process improvements.
- Preferred: Certification: PMP or PRINCE2.
- Experience: Familiarity with defence sector standards and regulations
