Are you an experienced Maintenance Assistant with a background in building maintenance, looking to work for an exciting company, where you can develop your skills further and be part of a valued team? Or perhaps you have worked as a labourer or groundworker and want to turn your hand to maintenance? 
Do you have experience completing maintenance jobs in perhaps an office or hotel environment? Are you available from the 1st of July for a temp to perm opportunity? We are looking for 2 Maintenance Operatives to carry out snagging work for new build homes in the Kent area - Ramsgate , Eastbourne and Dartford. There is a van and fuel card provided and all jobs are pre planned in on a tablet

The Company 
The company is a well-established professional organisation, who have been going from strength to strength over the years. They started off as a window cleaning company and now provide a facilities management solution for a number of clients across the South East. They have been in the industry for close to 25 years and have a fantastic reputation and are great to work with.  
Your Role 
This role is to carry out snagging works for new build homes in the Kent area , all work is planned in for you and sent to you on a weekly basis 
Day to do you will be required to tend to any general maintenance tasks which can include 
General building maintenance
Light fittings 
Skirting and doors 
Putting up shelving and fixing doors
Painting
Fencing repairs and replacement
About You
You'll be working independently under the maintenance supervisor, so you'll be happy to manage your own workload
The role will involve a variation of tasks so you will need to be happy to undertake a range of maintenance duties
You'll be customer focussed, and happy to go the extra mile for customers when required
You will have experience carrying out the listed tasks either on site or for maintenance companies
You will utilise your years of experience to carry out the work to a high standard
You must have a full UK license
