Our services are highly specialised, but highly varied, supporting people with a range of neurological conditions and symptoms, including brain injury, spinal injuries, PDOC, progressive conditions and stroke. Whether providing short-term specialist rehabilitation to increase people’s independence, long-term complex care, or end-of-life care, we respond to the needs of each and every individual.
We're looking for a Lead Nurse to join our to uphold the values of Inspire Neurocare to lead the allocated nurses and care team and encourage and monitor the clinical staff’s adherence to company values and goals.

Our patients have highly varied, complex needs, so we offer extensive training and learning opportunities. From ventilated care and tracheostomy management to PEG nutrition and bowel management, there are endless opportunities for you to develop your clinical skills.
Unlike in hospital environments, our patients’ care is nurse-led, giving you the opportunity to play the pivotal role in coordinating the patient journey, as well as a chance to teach and mentor student nurses if you wish.
