Be-IT is partnering with a renowned Scottish organization to recruit a PowerApps Analyst for a permanent position. In this role, you will develop, refine, and oversee low-code solutions utilizing Power Apps and Power Automate. While you will have the freedom to design your processes, close collaboration with senior stakeholders is crucial to ensure your solutions align with the organizations goals. The solutions you create will typically involve moderate complexity, occasionally requiring more intricate integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Integration and Development: Design, build, and integrate low-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Business Analysis: Work with teams and stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them into functional applications.
  • Application Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Data Engineering: Create data sources through SharePoint and Dataverse to support your solutions.
  • Documentation: Record the design, development, and deployment processes for future reference.
  • User Training: Educate end-users on effectively utilizing Power Platform solutions.
  • User Experience Evaluation: Ensure that the solutions meet user experience standards.
  • Innovation Management: Keep abreast of updates in the Microsoft Power Platform and incorporate new features as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint and Teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative, motivated team player who sees tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Position Details:

  • Permanent role
  • Based in Glasgow with hybrid working: 1-2 days per week in the office
  • Salary: £40-55k DOE + Bonus
  • Must have full right to work in the UK; no sponsorship available
