Are you an experienced End to End Test Manager looking for a new challenge in the finance industry? Our client, a global leader in Capital Markets Services, is seeking a Senior Test Manager to join their dynamic team for a fixed term contract of 9 months. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, planning, execution, and reporting of end-to-end testing for various Capital Markets implementations.
About the Team: Our team provides a wide range of services, from standardised solutions to bespoke project management, business consulting, and custom application development. We are dedicated to maximising our clients' experience with our solutions.
Role Overview: The End to End Test Manager will be responsible for the quality, planning, execution, and reporting of End-to-End (E2E) testing for various Capital Markets implementations. This includes functional, performance, and security testing within the client environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement test strategies for clients, working closely with the implementation and development teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on quality and scope of implementations.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing activities, including functional, performance, and security testing.
Create and maintain test cases based on requirements and use cases.
Facilitate user acceptance testing, performance testing, and security testing.
Coordinate defect management cycles with the implementation team, development, and clients.
Provide regular reporting and metrics to project managers.
Collaborate with test automation team to build out automation portfolio.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in agile project management and/or E2E testing.
Understanding of E2E processes and financial product testing cycles.
Proficiency in JIRA and test automation tools.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in Agile Project Management and/or testing.
