A little about Nightingale
Nightingale Nursing & Care Home is based in the centre of Edwinstowe, near Mansfield. The home, although purpose-built, has been made very homely, and has a selection of garden areas, in line with Jasmine’s values and ethos. The home provides personal, nursing and dementia care to 49 residents.

Day to Day Responsibilities
·       Assisting in preparing, cooking and serving meals to our residents
·       Assist in washing and cleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces
·       Acting in line with health & safety and food hygiene guidelines 
·       Promoting our resident’s choice, dignity and independence and all times
Essential Requirements
·       A good reason or experience that has drawn you to working in a care setting.
·       Live within 20 minutes of the Home.
Preferred Requirements
·       One years’ experience in a similar role.
·       One years’ experience working in a residential or nursing home.
·       Hold a relevant level 2 or 3 qualification (or willing to work towards this).
·       Knowledge of health and safety in the workplace.
