Overview of the role:
The Heating Engineer will carry out skilled technical work on installation, service, and repair of heating systems to ensure the delivery of the highest standards of quality, productivity, and safety.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The Heating Engineer role involves the following:
Undertake heating system installations, repairs, and services on a wide range of properties
Perform heating system works associated with refurbishment, maintenance, and project works as required
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and other relevant legislation
Complete and return necessary paperwork following established procedures
Provide exceptional customer service while representing the Company and optimising customer satisfaction
Improvises and takes on additional responsibilities as required
Actively participate in the training and development process and adapt to new systems and methods
Maintain confidentiality and data protection guidelines

Skills and Abilities:
Vast industry knowledge
Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively

Able to assess own performance and act on feedback
Understanding and knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation
Ability to work independently
Hold a valid UK driving license
Ability to present oneself professionally and proactively
Ability to get along with colleagues and function as a team player
Flexible with work hours and location
Ability to deliver high-quality work
Experience:
Previous experience working as a heating engineer or a similar technical role
Prior experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 in Heating and Ventilating or equivalent.Additional Requirements:
