IT Literate Word Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
Operational technical Knowledge (eg. material types, plant)
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Ability to be proactive and to use initiative.
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral at all levels

* Reports to Contracts Manager. Liaises with Commercial team. Overseeing Operatives and Subcontractors.
Qualifications.
SSSTS and CSCS essential.
SWQR and First Aid desirable.
Driving licence with 6 points or less.
GCSE Maths and English.
Competent in.
Commercial awareness. Decision Making. Managing Relationships. Influencing. Teamwork.
Package.
* Salary range £48,000 to £52,000
* Working hours 45 per week with some overtime available
* 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
