Position Overview:nWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join a dynamic healthcare team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and driving value creation initiatives within our healthcare portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:nConduct comprehensive industry research and analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities within the healthcare sector.nAssist in the evaluation of potential investment targets, including financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment.nCollaborate with senior team members to develop investment theses and formulate strategic recommendations.nSupport the execution of transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation.nMonitor and assess the performance of portfolio companies, identifying opportunities for value creation and operational improvement.nPrepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.nBuild and maintain relationships with industry experts, advisors, and other key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.nStay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics impacting the healthcare sector.
