Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial London, Hybrid working Commercial 6+ PQE SSQ are partnered with a global organisation seeking a 6+ PQE Commercial lawyer to join their impressive and progressive function. Working on a variety of general commercial and commercial technology tasks as part of a high-calibre general commercial function. Suitable for someone with in-house experience in a varied commercial position and 6+ years of experience. Role Description: Advising and working closely with the business to provide a pro-active service across a range of commercial law issues including, but not limited to, general contracts, supply agreements, IP, Privacy, NDAs, Commercial Tech and IT agreements, and client service agreements General commercial contracts, with drafting and negotiation, including NDAs; File Transfer Forms and Referral Agreements; Collaboration Agreements; Consulting Agreements; Fee Services Agreements; and Global Partnership Agreements. Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide variety of IT agreements, including SaaS Agreements, General website documents and terms and conditions; Website Licence Agreements; Software Licence Agreements; Software Escrow Agreements; Software Maintenance Agreements; App Development Agreements; and Website Development Agreements Trademark Licence Agreements; and use of other trademarks Drafting business law related policies and training materials Supporting the Privacy & Information Security teams with advising and drafting on Data Protection Clauses Application requirements: 6+ years of post-qualification legal experience Wide general commercial contracts knowledge required Experience in commercial technology agreements Experience gained in private practice and/or in-house in a commercial legal team in the insurance sector, covering a wide range of general commercial and contract law matters For more information, please contact me: /
