Cloud Services Analyst – Azure – York (outskirts – hybrid)

#TeamCandour are looking to add 2 x Cloud Services Analyst with a focus on all things Azure to a growing and multi-award winning team who continue to grow year after year with 2024 shaping up to be the most successful yet

So what skills will you need to bring:

Comprehensive understanding of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and networking.nProven ability to manage and scale systems in Azure environments.nSolid experience in relevant IT role, ideally with experience in Azure environments.nProven track record in managing large-scale cloud architectures and implementing security measures within cloud services.

And what you will be doing on a day to day basis using those skills:

Provide focused troubleshooting and problem-solving for Azure platforms, adaptable to other cloud systems.nOffer advanced third-line support for cloud applications and infrastructure, aiming for high uptime and performance.nPrioritize security in all stages of work process.nWork collaboratively with various teams to innovate and fulfil client-centric cloud solutions.nStay current with the cloud industry landscape to provide informed insights to stakeholders.nAssist in developing scripts for automation of cloud services, minimizing manual workload. Working alongside DevOps team to provide insight.nConduct cloud service enhancements through performance tuning and operational advancements. Document incident reports, system infrastructure, and procedural guidelines for cloud management. Educate and mentor junior team members, leading by expertise.nCreate and update documentation for services and processes.
