We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join Marks. The Senior Project Manager provides day to day support to the Client Service Team, whilst collaborating with our Design and Creative Teams, Operations and Studio, playing a critical role in driving project success. This individual will leverage in-depth project management expertise, a thorough understanding of creative and design project workflows, and strategic talent identification to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. As a senior figure within the team, this role demands not only a hands-on approach to projects but also mentorship of junior team members when required, fostering a culture of excellence and growth

The Senior Project Manager will need to showcase an ability to work within teams, as well as demonstrate the independence and resourcefulness demanded by an agile and highly dynamic agency environment. As a strong communicator, you will be able to facilitate communication with all stakeholders efficiently and effectively.

Whilst you will ideally based within commutable distance from either our London or Birmingham office, you'll benefit from that flexibility offered by our hybrid working methods.

In this role, you will:nLead and manage a vast array of projects from inception through completion, ensuring they achieve the desired quality, meet deadlines, and adhere to studio processnDevelop comprehensive project plans and workflows, identifying the necessary talent and resources to achieve project successnServe as a key liaison among client/client service, internal stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaborationnConduct detailed quality assurance checks, ensuring all deliverables meet client briefs and company standards before final deliverynProactively identify and address potential project roadblocks, providing strategic solutions to maintain project momentumnFoster a collaborative and agile work environment, demonstrating independence and resourcefulness while also promoting teamworknOversee and contribute to process improvement initiatives, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across client service and internal projectsnMentor, guide, and support junior project management staff, leading by example and encouraging professional developmentnCan lead both client and internal meetings, confidently presenting project statuses, plans, and outcomesnCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation that can be shared with other internal employees and team when requirednDevelop and maintain a detailed project tracker to monitor and track progressnOversee changes to the project scope, timeline, and costs (working with the CS team to ensure all costs are captured)nSuccessfully manage and own multiple projects and high-volume deliverables in fast-paced environment

Ideally you'll have:nBachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Graphic Management Services, or a related fieldnSignificant and proven experience in project management within a design agency or similar environment, with a strong emphasis on brand and pack projects preferrednProficient understanding of brand and packaging design requirements, including print-production basic knowledge, i.e Flexo, Litho, and Gravure printing processesnExceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team, showcasing initiative, a passion for learning, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
