Role Overview Chartered planners with relevant experience in either the private or public sector, possessing demonstrable and transferable skills in the following areas: Preparation and negotiation of development proposals, particularly residential-led and/or commercial/mixed-use planning applications. Guiding strategy for complex, large-scale, multi-disciplinary development projects (residential, mixed-use, commercial), including EIA work, with support from Project Directors. Negotiating planning permissions, conditions, and Section 106 agreements. Overseeing the implementation of development projects. Contributing to policy and plan-making activities. Shaping promotion strategies for development projects. Role Requirements and Expectations: MRTPI chartered Acting as a trusted advisor, providing clear and concise verbal and written planning advice to clients. Collaborating with design teams to deliver high-quality development outcomes through the planning system. Delegating tasks to junior colleagues, offering constructive feedback and guidance to support their professional development.
