Bring your skills to overseeing all aspects of IC design within the project, ensuring timely completion, addressing challenges, and leading a team of designers. We're seeking someone who is passionate about pioneering technology and eager to thrive in a collaborative setting.
Oversee entire IC design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery
Monitor project timelines to ensure designs are produced on schedule
Address design-related challenges promptly and efficiently
Manage and lead a team of designers, fostering collaboration and efficiency
Cultivate a positive work environment to encourage creativity and innovation
Coordinate new IC designs and digital IP creation, managing chip verification and sign-off activities for tapeout
Collaborate with IC designers, verification engineers, physical design engineers, and suppliers for cohesive designs
Ensure designs meet project specifications and quality standards
Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, requirements specifications, and test plans
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management
Possess in-depth knowledge of analog and digital IC design principles, including digital IC design and verification.
Conduct simulation and verification of IC designs for functionality, performance, and compliance.
Strong IC design and verification skills with relevant knowledge in embedded engineering, firmware, software, and technology
Apply analytical thinking and attention to detail in project execution
Demonstrate leadership and motivational abilities within the team
Proficiency in using computer software and relevant tools
