Role Overview:We have multiple positions available for qualified SEN/SEND tutors who are enthusiastic about providing 1:1 tutoring to children and young people with diverse learning needs. Our approach is creative, flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed, aimed at raising engagement and improving educational outcomes.What We Offer:Competitive pay between £25-£30 per hourFlexible part-time hours to fit your scheduleOpportunities for remote and online teaching assignmentsAccess to free extensive CPD and upskilling opportunities,Dedicated SEN/SEND Support Team to ensure each placement's successA supportive tutor community for sharing best practices, resources, and tipsA role in a child-centered company committed to improving support for vulnerable young peopleResponsibilities:Provide tailored Maths, English, or Science tuition to students with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other additional needsPlan and deliver engaging and holistic sessions that meet the educational and social-emotional needs of each studentComplete lesson reports and provide feedback on student progressRequirements:Professional Qualifications for the Education IndustryMinimum of 1 years teaching experienceExperience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional needsUnderstanding of safeguarding processesEnhanced DBS (we can assist with obtaining this)Right to work in the UKEmployment Details:Engage as a Worker providing short-term engagements as neededPaid via PAYENo set amount of work guaranteedOur insurance covers work done for usThis is not a self-employed positionApplication Process:We look forward to receiving your CV, highlighting your relevant skills and experience.
