An established subcontract manufacturer of highly precision machined parts and components for various industry sectors including Aerospace, Defence, F1, Petrochem are growing year on year and constantly re-investing in new CNC machinery and staff.
Due to this continued growth, the company is looking to employ skilled CNC Machinists in their Turning and Milling sections.
Job Profile:
As the successful CNC Turner, you will experience working in a state-of-the-art CNC Machine shop, working on the latest CNC Machine Tools, alongside a team of friendly and welcoming engineers, Turning parts for high profile, top class customers.
Duties:
* Able to Programme Set and Operate CNC Lathes using Fanuc controls.
* Siemens experience would be an advantage.
* Programming TurnMill machines (training can be provided if needed).
* Able to read engineering drawings.
* Produce components to tight tolerances for industry sectors such as F1, Aerospace and Defence from 10s/20s off up to 1000s off.
* Working with various metals from Alloy to Inconel.
Working Environment:
* Brand new CNC Machine tools / equipment.
