Home Manager/ Registered Care Home Manager
Liverpool Area /Salary: £60K- £65K- Plus performance bonus

On behalf of a leading care provider in the North West, I am currently looking for a Care Home Manager to join one of their care homes within the Liverpool area. A leading provider of nursing care for adults living with complex and high acuity needs.
You will support adults living with neuro-disabilities, complex mental health needs and physical disabilities.
To be considered for this registered home manager / care home manager role you should have previous management experience within the complex care sector, and you must have managed medium sized homes. The Home manager candidates must have managed homes rated as GOOD or OUTSTANDING in CQC reports.
You'll provide person-centred and quality driven care to ensure that you make every day better for the people who live and work in your home.
The registered home manager / care home manager job role:
• Manage the day to day running of the home.
• Oversee the delivery of high quality care
• Provide staff management, support and development.
• Ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care.
• To liaise with and co-operate with CQC inspectors and with their inspections.
Person specification of the home manager / care home manager:
• Strong care home management experience
• Experience in complex care, mental health, learning disabilities
• Must be an RG/ RMN
