Our client is a leading private healthcare group that operates a range of care homes across the UK. They're committed to providing the highest standard of care to their residents, and they're looking for a Nurse Unit Manager who shares their dedication to excellence.
As a Nurse Unit Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing specialist nursing support and advice
- Taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence
- Managing a team of RGN's and care staff
- Assisting in running the service and leading by example
- Ensuring high standards of care are adhered to
We're looking for a Registered General Nurse with:
- Experience in elderly care
- Excellent clinical skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality care
- The ability to lead a team and set a positive example
