Contracts Manager

White Label are very excited to be supporting one of our key manufacturing clients with recruiting for an experienced Contracts/ Project Manager for their Rochdale office.
The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee our contract processes and ensure the smooth execution of agreements vital to our external operations. As a vital member of our team, you will have the opportunity to implement new processes and procedures, and support the successful growth of the business. Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, sales, procurement, and operations teams, to ensure contracts meet business objectives and compliance standards.
* Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and optimize opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to foster mutually beneficial agreements.
* Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline contract processes and enhance efficiency.
* Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters, including interpretation of terms and dispute resolution.
* Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and legal developments relevant to contract management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in contract management within the manufacturing industry, with a solid understanding of commercial and legal principles.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
* Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards, such as GDPR and ISO certifications.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to anticipate and address potential issues proactively.
* A collaborative mindset with a commitment to fostering teamwork and driving results.

Package:
* £55-65k basic
* Performance related bonus
* 23 holiday days
