The One Group has partnered with a local technology organisation, who are looking to grow their IT function. They're looking for an enthusiastic Windows Infrastructure Engineer to join the team, where you'll support day to day functions and take part in project work.nYou’ll join a close-knit support/infrastructure team and will have the opportunity to develop your skillset further in a variety of specific areas including Security, Storage, Networking and Windows Servers.

Please note we are looking for someone who is currently an Infrastructure Engineer/Systems Administrator or similar with proven experience supporting an organisations infrastructure.

The role

Systems AdministrationnAnalyse current infrastructure and make recommendationsnImplement Security enhancementsnDesktop SupportnAct as an escalation point to the support functionnDevelop business standards, processed and proceduresnTake a lead on various IT projectsnSupport the personal and professional development of the Support Engineers

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in infrastructure / Systems Administrator positionnWindows Server, DNS, Office 365, AD, Exchange, Intune ectnVMWare for virtualisationnNetwork DesignnFamiliarity with Security best practisesnExcellent communications skillsnWithin a reasonable commutable distance of Cambridge and happy to work onsite 5 days a weeknRight to work and remain in the UK without restrictions
