Commissioning Engineer

As a Commissioning Engineer you will be working on a water treatment site till the end of AMP7 and possibly the start of AMP8. As a commissioning engineer it will be your duty to ensure that the framework and projects are done correctly and without fault.
Role: Commissioning engineer
Location: Cornwall
Pay Rate: £450 - £500
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Freelance

Responsibilities:
Safety, health, quality and environment.
Ensure safety quality and keeping up with KPI and KPM measurements are No.1 in STW region.
Implementing and refreshing initiatives to improve behaviors related to SHEQ.
Plan with design, suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure that equipment is fully set up and commissioned at each project.
Make sure technical input and expertise in the industry is always present for quality work.
Liaison with the STW SAP for the project.
FAT testing and management.
Liaison with STW representatives from asset creation and service delivery throughout the project.
Manage process / M&E design and scope changes.
Qualifications:
First aid
CSCS
Specific qualifications for commissioning role
Water treatment experience
