Are you experienced/qualified in the Learning & Skills for Work and Life industry?
We are currently recruiting External Quality Assurers to carry out and document quality assurance activities in line with City & Guilds and regulatory arrangements.
We are looking for applicants in Northern Ireland.
Our EQAs support our centres with current industry and quality assurance expertise. As a City & Guilds EQA you will need to maintain effective working relationships with our centres and the City & Guilds office, planning and monitoring quality assurance activities in line with our qualification requirements. The role is both a challenging and rewarding experience and a great opportunity to use your industry expertise.
Key roles and responsibilities for an EQA in Supporting Teaching & Learning;
* Conduct and document quality assurance, advisory and system activities with centres, in line with City & Guilds/ILM and regulatory arrangements
* Provide advice and support to centres
* Support the training and development of new and existing centres in line with City & Guilds/ILM policies and procedures
* Participate in best practice and standardisation activities to ensure support for continued improvement and consistent performance
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of City & Guilds/ILM products, services, and IT systems to enable excellent customer service
Minimum requirements for the EQA in Supporting Teaching & Learning;
* Knowledge of regulatory arrangements for City & Guilds qualifications
* Knowledge of Ofqual requirements
* Accurate, concise report writing skills
* Proficient IT skills including the use of Zoom, Whats app and Go to meetings/webinars
* Analytical, critical, thinking skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Organisationalskills and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience of preparing for and presenting to a target audience
