A highly regarded law firm in the South East is seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor with 2-6 years of PQE to join their expanding Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to take on a diverse range of work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Their Corporate team works across a broad range of industries and sectors, providing bespoke advice on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, business restructures, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

The Role
 The successful candidate will:

  • Manage their own caseload of corporate matters with autonomy.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers on more complex and high-value transactions, ensuring opportunities for continued development.
  • Work closely with the firm's Business Team, comprising corporate, commercial, and employment specialists, to provide integrated solutions for clients.


Candidate Profile
 The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor with 2-6 years of PQE in corporate law.
  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise and a track record of managing a variety of corporate matters.
  • Possess excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
  • Be proactive, team-oriented, and an effective communicator.
