We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to join our client's team for a permanent afternoon shift in Leeds. This role provides an excellent work-life balance and a competitive benefits package, ideal for someone ready for a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program, set up, and operate CNC turning machines.
* Utilize G-code programming.
* Ensure all machining operations meet precision and quality standards.
* Conduct regular maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
* Proficient in G-code programming, preferably with Fanuc, but Haas is acceptable.
* Experience with mill/turn machines is a plus but not required.
* Familiarity with working on exotic materials like Inconel is advantageous.
* Ideally, apprentice trained or with significant industry experience.
Benefits:
* Competitive hourly wage (£18 - £20, depending on experience).
* Overtime paid at time and a third.
