Our client, a leader in the facilities management sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their team and ensure the continued preservation and maintenance of these important structures.
Role: Fabric Maintenance Engineer
Location: Mobile across PO, SO postcodes, and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum
Holiday: 25 days + 8 public holidays
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Call Out: 1 in 4
Benefits: Company van + Fuel Card
What You'll Be Doing:
Conducting maintenance and repair work on historical Grade II listed buildings.
Performing a variety of fabric maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
Managing and prioritizing a varied workload across multiple sites.
Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and preservation guidelines.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in fabric maintenance and repair work.
Individual's highly skilled in reactive maintenance .
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality work.What's in It for You:
