Strategic Business Development Manager
Job Title: Senior Strategic BDM – High Quality Office Furniture / Monitor Arms
Industry Sector: Workplace / Ergonomics / Workspace / Office / Commercial / A&D / Specification Sales
Area to be covered: London / South East
Remuneration: £60 – 65K plus -Depending On Experience / Contact Base
Package: £55-65k Basic (Dep. On Experience)
+ £10-25K Bonus – Based on Team Performance (Paid Monthly)

ROLE:
- Responsible for sales of high end and high quality manufactured ergonomic seating, furniture, monitor arms, lighting and holistic full package office solutions
- Deal with all client bases including A&D specifiers, Dealers, D&B, Fit Out Contractors and Corporate End Users
- However focusing your time predominantly with Specification A&D Clients and End Users
- Developing relationships both organically and bringing in new clients
- Strategically working within organisations to further develop relationships and specify for major projects
- Be across upcoming projects, industry trends and industry events
- Work in conjunction with the Global Key Accounts teams on Local and International projects
- Work with Senior Management team on the opening and successful running of the new Dublin Showroom
- Covering a territory which will incorporate the whole of Rep. & Northern Ireland
EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrable track record of securing specifications with Architects & Designers
- Experienced in developing close relationships with multiple stakeholders within large Corporate End Users
- Demonstrable track record with A&D specifiers as well as End Users
- Strong network of A&D Clients in Ireland
- Experienced in sales of high end aesthetically pleasing products such as: loose furniture, office furniture, commercial furniture, seating, tiles, flooring, commercial carpet, wallcoverings, partitions, paint, natural stone, suspended ceilings, commercial furniture or related interior specified products
- Ideally some experience of working with sustainable products / materials
- Experienced in sales of premium products
- Be comfortable with and enjoy working as part of a team environment Looking for a long term career opportunity where you can develop and progress
