Key Responsibilities
Utilize your expertise in traffic engineering to assess and analyze current and proposed highway schemes
Lead and contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of traffic management measures and initiatives
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective traffic operations
Undertake technical investigations and provide professional advice on traffic engineering matters
Contribute to the development and application of traffic and road safety policies and strategies
Participate in the planning and delivery of highways schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support
Job Requirements
Significant experience in traffic engineering and traffic management
Expertise in road safety principles and scheme design
Proficiency in using traffic engineering software and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or equivalent)
Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. Chartered Engineer, Member/IEng of CIHT or equivalent)
