Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Chippenham area, who are actively looking to recruit a Sales Support Executive to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Working in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential support to the team, duties will include :
Ensuring the sales office runs smoothly and effectively
Production of a range of documentations including quotations, reports, and presentations
Liaison with clients, dealing with enquiries and queries
Assisting with order processing, invoicing, and despatch
Coordinating marketing materials and promotional campaigns
Arranging meetings, booking travel and accommodation
Additional project work as and when requiredWhat you will need to succeed:
Extensive administrative experience essential, ideally from a production/manufacturing environment
Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure
Ability to use initiative and take ownership
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email What you will receive in return:
Competitive salary
Monday to Friday full time (please note 100% office based)
School hours also considered for the right individual
25 days holiday
