The Opportunity:
This is a pivotal moment to join as Managing Director and shape the future of this rapidly growing firm. As the leader of the technology M&A practise, you will have full ownership of business development, deal execution, and the development of a high-calibre team.
Responsibilities:
• Drive New Business: Proactively cultivate a robust pipeline of M&A engagements by leveraging your extensive network of senior executives across the technology industry.
• Manage Complex Transactions: Seamlessly guide the entire M&A process, from deal origination through negotiation and closing.
• Inspire and Develop Talent: Attract, mentor, and retain a team of motivated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
