Finance Director

We’re excited to be working with this incredible, international, fast-growing hospitality group. As the business enters a new phase of its growth, the group is looking for an experienced Finance Director. You will be a driven and proactive individual with relevant post-qualification experience to lead the finance team from the front. You will have a hands-on approach and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:nOversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and cash flow managementnLead and implement key financial strategies and initiativesnDevelop and lead the Finance TeamnBuild bespoke financial modelsnEnsure that strong cash management and cashflow forecasting systems are in placenAbility to work flexibly, quickly adapting to developments and able to apply judgementnStrong technical financial accounting skillsnResponsible for quarterly board pack reportingnProvide strategic financial guidance to the senior management team to support decision-making and drive business growthnLiaise with external parties e.g. bank, external auditors, tax advisors
Candidate ProfilenACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experiencenProven track record of success as a Finance Director or in a similar senior finance rolenIn-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practicesnExcellent leadership and communication skillsnExperience in strategic planning, financial modelling, and risk management
