We’re looking for a talented Account Manager to support revenue growth, strengthen partnerships, and maximise the value of our products. Based at our Colwyn Bay office 3 days a week, this role offers the best of both worlds: a collaborative office environment Monday to Wednesday, with flexibility to work from home on Thursdays and Fridays once training is complete. Salary: £30,000 basic, £42,000 OTE What you’ll be doing Building and maintaining strong relationships with automotive dealers Supporting product adoption and helping automotive dealers see value in our technology Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals Proactively engaging with accounts to reduce churn Acting as a trusted point of contact for automotive dealers and partners What we’re looking for Background in account management, customer success, or sales (automotive or SaaS experience is a bonus, but not essential) Strong relationship-building and communication skills Commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities Proactive, organised, and eager to learn A collaborative team player aligned with our culture Skilled in using digital tools and platforms effectively Leverage modern tools that optimise processes, increase consistency, and elevate overall performance.
